SHIPPING
At EME Fine Jewelry, each piece is crafted with intention and care. Many of our designs are made to order, requiring approximately 4 weeks of production before shipment.
Once your piece is ready, orders are shipped via standard delivery, with the option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout.
We currently ship to Mexico and the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the client.
All orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production on made-to-order and personalized pieces.
Orders will only be shipped once the piece has been completed and has passed our quality standards.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We accept exchanges or store credit requests within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that all exchange requests are reviewed individually to ensure the integrity of our pieces.
FINAL SALE
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges only.
PERSONALIZED PIECES
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
Due to their unique nature, these items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or store credit.
