Each EME Fine Jewelry piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each design.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. This applies especially to made-to-order and personalized pieces.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the client.
PRODUCTION
Many of our pieces are made to order and require approximately 4 weeks for production.
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to the nature of craftsmanship. EME Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
FINAL SALE
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges only.
PERSONALIZED PIECES
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
Due to their bespoke nature, these items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or store credit.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
